We will replace any plant we service that becomes unacceptable under our guarantee with the following straight forward and reasonable exceptions:

• Damage from fire, flood, vandalism, earthquake, or theft.

• Catastrophic circumstances beyond our control.

• Failure of light, heat, or ventilation for periods long enough to damage plants.

• Relocation of plants to areas where they cannot be sustained or suffer damage from sun, wind, or lack of light.

• Maintenance efforts of anyone not on our staff.

We are enthusiastic about keeping your plants in attractive condition and you'll find us full of suggestions for difficult areas.

Speedy resolution of problems and generosity with replacements set our service apart from the competition.
