CANCELLATION POLICY

1.) Cancellation at any time prior to event date. The $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Fee to hold the date, if it has been paid, is forfeited.

2.) Cancellation within 24 hours of a verbally confirmed date incurs a $100.00 cancellation fee that must be paid, or invoice processed, before any further events will be booked for that client.

3) Cancellation after the material has been loaded incurs a fee of 50% of the invoice.

4) Cancellation after the truck has departed for the venue incurs the full invoice value.
